Travel Time

At WonderGo Adventures Inc., we strive to maintain punctuality for all pick-up and drop-off locations. The departure time noted on your booking confirmation is the time that the shuttle leaves your pickup location. Guests are expected to be ready 5 minutes prior to their scheduled pickup time. If you are not ready to board the shuttle before the departure time on your booking, the shuttle will leave without you, you will be considered a no-show and no refund or credit will be issued. The shuttle is not required to wait if all or part of your party is not ready.

However, please be aware that delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control. WonderGo Adventures Inc. does not assume responsibility for delays resulting from weather, accidents, construction, vehicle breakdowns, or any eventuality that is outside of our hands.

We advise guests to plan for extra travel time to ensure timely arrival at their destination. Please note that the schedule is subject to change, and guests will be promptly notified of any alterations.

In the event of any unforeseen delays, our team will aim to arrive no later than 10 minutes after the designated time, even though the schedule is subject to change. Guests acknowledge that when booking our services, they are responsible for adhering to times given and if missed, they assume the financial and logistical issues with securing transport to their destinations.

Airport Special Circumstances

For all departures from Calgary Airport, please ensure to provide your flight information. We'll wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time if we're informed in advance that you'll arrive shortly thereafter. If your flight is delayed and it's evident you won't make it within this time frame, please contact us to discuss options. If space permits on the next departure, we'll accommodate you (while we strive to accommodate all passengers, availability cannot be guaranteed); otherwise, a full refund will be issued to arrange alternate transportation.

Alternatively, if you're unable to secure alternative transport, we may offer a private charter pickup with a 10% discount on the fare difference. However, if flight information wasn't provided, we'll wait for 5 minutes post-scheduled departure before proceeding. Please note that timely departure is crucial due to the commitments of other passengers and our itinerary schedules.

In rare circumstances such as missed flights or events due to weather, accidents, or vehicle breakdowns, compensation will be limited to the cost of the affected leg of travel.

Travelling with Children

Children under the age of 6 are required to sit in a child safety seat, by law in Alberta.

Children 2-6 years of age are required to sit in a front-facing child safety seat. Guests must reach out via email to info@wondergo.ca to request a seat for their child/ren. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify us that they require a child safety seat. Drivers can and will refuse vehicle boarding if the guest’s child required a safety seat and one was not prearranged. In such a case, you and anyone in your group that cannot join due to this oversight will be considered “missed,” and will not be given a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 2 years old, as they require a rear-facing child safety seat that our vehicles cannot accommodate.

You will not be permitted to hold children of any age on your lap or on your person.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

For further details on Alberta laws about travelling with children, visit Child seats and Occupant restraint laws.
